Hi everyone,

My name's Ryan, I have been involved with the Foundation since the International Conference in Brighton and have been hooked ever since! I have been involved with the Play Room since then; it's here you will find me each conference with the rest of my team.

I have been involved in childcare and care for more than 15 years, working in Social Care, Education and Childcare. I am currently working as a Lecturer in Childcare, Health and Social Care. In the past I have provided support to children and young people with a range of disabilities including Autism and CdLS. I am trained in many areas of SEND including Signalong, Communication and Inclusive Play.

As well as working with the children with CdLS I also love working with young carers too. As a young carer myself; I understand the importance of these young people and the fun that they deserve to be offered.
